Summer Programs

Are you looking for a fun activity for your child to take part in over summer?  Our Giddy-Up Galore and Pony Pals summer programs fill up fast, so book your time slots with us before they are full! 

Lessons are provided by an Equestrian Canada Registered Coach who is also trained in the EC Rookie Riders Program.

Summer Programs 1

Giddy-Up Galore ($40 / half an hour)

One on one lessons for children who would like to learn safe horse handling along with assisted riding. (For safety of our ponies there is a weight restriction of 110 lbs)

Pony Pals ($30 / half an hour)

Unmounted lessons for all ages where you get to connect with a pony, groom them and complete the daily obstacle challenge! (Bring a friend for a reduced rate of $20 each)

Please note that participants must adhere to the following:

  • Have a current SHF membership
  • Wear close toe shoes 
  • Wear a helmet for riding (Some helmets are available for use)
